Client Problem: Multiple compliance systems at the ARB with different technologies were difficult for the State to administer and challenging for the regulated community to easily register their operational equipment and be in compliance with California environmental regulations.
Natoma Solution: Natoma designed, developed, and implemented an enterprise web-based system, using open source technologies, to enable online registration of operational equipment and verify compliance with the State’s environmental regulations.
Results: The ARBER system centralizes the registration for multiple State regulatory programs and enables California companies to easily register their operational equipment, and quickly obtain State compliance to operate regulated equipment throughout California.
